Sharing Perspectives - Systemic Group Counseling
Finding New Perspectives Together
Sometimes it helps not to carry a problem around on your own.
In this group, there’s space for questions and concerns about everyday life, relationships, or work. Maybe you’re in a difficult situation, need to make a decision, or want to understand something better.
We use methods from systemic counseling. The goal is to discover new perspectives together. There are no ready-made solutions and no judgment.
A key element is the Reflecting Team: While one person shares their concern, the others listen attentively at first. Then, some participants share their thoughts, questions, and possible perspectives. It’s not about giving advice, but about exploring new perspectives. The person with the concern decides for themselves what’s helpful.
The group thrives on respect, openness, and diverse perspectives. Queer life experiences are, of course, welcome here.
You can bring your own issue to share, contribute your thoughts, or simply listen.
You don’t need to know anything, prepare anything, or share anything you don’t want to share.
Important
The group is not psychotherapy and does not replace therapeutic or medical treatment. It is intended for people who would like to reflect together on a current personal, everyday, or professional issue.
In cases of severe mental health crises or when therapeutic treatment is necessary, this group is not the appropriate option.
