TIAN* Self-Defense Course

We are delighted to offer you this free self-defense course from T*räumchen.
The course takes place every Monday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Queer Center. The aim is to learn self-defense techniques in a safe space and to strengthen your self-confidence. The course is aimed at trans*, inter*, questioning, and non-binary individuals aged 14 and above. No previous experience is necessary! You are warmly invited to take the plunge and give it a try!
