How to plan Accessible - A Skill Share with Tristan Marie
For disabled, queer, and chronically ill people, our friends, and those who want
to become our friends January 10, 2pm to 6p.m. Register for the workshop
by December 6 at TristanMarie at QueeresZentrumKassel dot de.
Many people help out at the Queer Center.
Most do so in their free time.
They plan game afternoons, group meetings, and opening hours.
We share a common goal:
for many different queer people to meet here
and feel at home.
In the workshop, we’ll talk about accessibility.
For some, this is a new topic.
Some have been breaking down barriers for a long time.
And some have been running into barriers for a long time.
We’ll show each other:
This is how I make my event accessible.
The Queer Center has these resources.
These are barriers for me.
This is what I’d like to see at events.
Refreshments
Snacks and drinks will be provided during the workshops.
The Queer Center is taking care of that.
Before or after the workshop, we’ll eat together.
We will do Potluck.
If you can, bring some food. We’ll share what we have.
