Self-Love - an empowering workshop with Xinan Pandan
For disabled, queer, and chronically ill queers
January 23, 10 a.m. group brunch, 11 a.m.–4 p.m. workshop
Register by January 12 at TristanMarie at QueeresZentrumKassel dot de.
The world often tells us:
You are not lovable. You are lazy. You are wrong.
Then it’s hard to accept and love ourselves.
In this workshop, we’ll try to do just that. Together, we’ll reflect on:
What gives me strength?
What painful messages about myself do I believe?
How do I devalue myself?
What makes me angry?
How can I be loving toward myself?
We’ll do crafts together, talk, and tune into our bodies.
We’ll do what feels good for us. You don’t have to prove anything.
Refreshments
Snacks and drinks will be provided during the workshops.
The Queer Center is taking care of that.
Before or after the workshop, we’ll eat together.
We will do Potluck.
If you can, bring some food. We’ll share what we have.
Accessibility
We’re holding the workshop at the Queer Center Kassel.
You can find information about our hygiene and accessibility measures here:
